Bakery Chef
Prepare and bake our pastries, biscuits and breads with care and consistency. Help keep the kitchen organised, follow food-safety practices and bring fresh ideas to the counter.
Responsibilities
- Prepare doughs, fillings and baked goods according to shop recipes and quality standards.
- Plan daily baking tasks and keep products fresh and consistent.
- Maintain a clean, organised work area and follow food-safety practices.
- Coordinate with the team on orders and product availability.
Bakery Manager
Keep the day running smoothly, coordinate the team and orders, and make sure every product and customer interaction reflects the care behind Chandra Cake Shop.
Responsibilities
- Organise daily shop operations and support the bakery and customer-facing team.
- Coordinate orders, product preparation and handovers.
- Monitor presentation, service and food-safety practices.
- Handle customer questions and help resolve order issues.
Bakery hand and Customer Service
Pack bakery orders neatly and accurately, check items against orders and help make sure each treat reaches customers in great condition. Welcome customers, answer questions about products and orders, and help people choose something they’ll enjoy, whether they’re buying in person or getting in touch online.
Responsibilities
- Pack and check orders for accuracy and presentation.
- Welcome customers and answer questions about products and orders.
- Keep displays, packing areas and customer spaces tidy.
- Support the bakery team with everyday preparation and order handovers.
